At home, the weight bag can partially replace a low-weight barbell, as it can easily be used to increase resistance in squats, as well as to perform deadlifts, power cleans, bench presses and pull-ups. You can either hold it in your hands or lay it on your back, if necessary supporting it with your hands using the handles. The bag will stay in place even when doing intense exercises like jump squats. The bag comes in two weights: 10 and 20 kg. Both options have the same size – the diameter is 20 cm and the length is approximately 50 cm.
