Description

Anti-stress relieves nervous and psychological tension (jitters) before responsible (first) starts or competitions, and also provides good rest and sound sleep after high physical and psycho-emotional stress. The mechanism of action is provided by the synthesis in the human brain from the amino acid L-tryptophan of two hormones: serotonin and melatonin. Serotonin, which is also called the hormone of joy, courage, confidence, has a positive effect on the human psyche. It is synthesized only in the daytime, in the presence of photons of light. At night, in the absence of photons of light, serotonin formed in the brain from L-tryptophan turns into melatonin. Melatonin is a sleep hormone that is currently widely used in medicine. Under the influence of melatonin, a deep and full sleep occurs, during which the recovery processes of all human tissues and organs are carried out. The amino acid L-tryptophan is not widely represented in the human diet, and the need for it, especially in stressful situations, can be fully satisfied only through additional intake. Vitamin B6 and fructose (glucose) included in the preparation improve and complement the action of the main component.

How to use: To normalize sleep: take 4-6 capsules 40-60 minutes before bedtime with warm sweet water or warm milk. With strong excitement (experiences) after 60-90 minutes, the product can be taken again. To improve mood and eliminate feelings of restlessness and anxiety: take 4-6 capsules in the morning with food. Drink a sweet drink.
