Jarrow Formulas® MK-7 is naturally produced from the fermentation of Bacillus subtilis subsp. natto and is much more digestible than K1 from spinach.

MK-7 is a longer acting form of vitamin K compared to K1 and MK-4 and is better at supporting the carboxylation of certain proteins needed to build bones and maintain cardiovascular health.
