Description
Turmeric (Curcuma longa), Indian saffron in medieval Europe, is a yellowish powder that is obtained from the tuberous rhizome (rhizome) of plants. They belong to the turmeric family, which is common in many Asian countries.
Turmeric is rich in healing antioxidants and vitamins. It contains a huge amount of vitamin C, E and K.
